Program · Introduction
The most academically selective and intense program of ours. Students with drive and ambition will conduct customized, one-on-one research suited to their interests with faculty from their dream school (usually top 30 US colleges).
Teaching and research assistants from top schools and with advanced degrees will support students with language, research methods, and academic reading/writing. Counselors will monitor progress and coordinate across the team.
The program will help students clarify their future pursuits, enhance their academic competitiveness and build long-term connections with researchers at top-tier universities. Many graduates from this program present or publish their research papers and receive recommendations from their advisors.

Customized, One-on-One Research
Instead of joining pre-formed classes and research groups, a participating high-school student will have deep conversations with an academic counselor, which clarifies the student’s academic aptitudes and pursuits. Then, a multi-party teaching and research project team will be built around the individual student, to help the student to advance their unique research interests by providing the student with one-on-one learning and apprenticeship with an established professor.
Advisor from Dream School
In our program, a student’s vision would be matched with real-life support and resources to help achieve it. We pair the students with faculty from their dream schools or departments, who will not only mentor and advise the student in research, but also help the students better understand their target institutions through everyday communication. Our programs also cultivate organic and sincere mentor-mentee relationships that go beyond a certain time frame.
Systematic Research Training
In addition to the advisors’ teaching and mentorship, students will also have teaching assistants (TAs) who are themselves subject experts in the fields. The TAs help the students with mastering new knowledge, collecting or analyzing data, writing academic papers, etc. At the end of the program, the students will have the ability to conduct university-level research and academic writing.
Opportunity for High-Impact Publication
Thanks to the advisors’ and the TAs’ guidance, the students will write up a full, academic paper at the end of the program, which will be polished by our editorial team consisting of native English speakers with advanced degrees. The polished papers have the potential to be presented at academic conferences and even published at peer-reviewed academic journals.
Individualized Evaluations and Recommendations
Throughout the program, the students will consistently document their challenges and progress, while the teaching team will also monitor the students’ academic and social- emotional (e.g. dedication, resilience, communication, time management, etc.) performances closely. These observations and documentations will lead to one or more individualized evaluations about the students, including possible Recommendation Letters from the advisors.
